PURPOSE: To prevent pressure which gives damages on a flexible material and bad influences on the characteristics from being applied to the flexible material in an apparatus for applying an embossed foil print to the flexible material. CONSTITUTION: A pressure roller 24 rotates around a shaft 20, and presses a flexible material and an embossed foil by sandwiching them between the roller and a heatable embossing roller 12. A spacer ring 38 is fitted on an eccentric portion 36 around the shaft 20 and the pressure applied to the material is adjusted by adjusting the embossing roller 12 and the pressure roller 24. |
