<p>PURPOSE:To automatically achieve press-contact movement or press-contact releasing movement of a frictional pad to a feeder roller, and to carry out the removal process of jamming through opening of the passage paper sheet without moving a paper feeder cassette by opening/closing the cover of an inserting port of the feeder cassette. CONSTITUTION:When a cover 16 of a paper feeder cassette inserting port is opened, a driven member 14 is moved by a driving member 18 interlocking with the movement of the cover 16, and a frictional pad 6 is separated from a feeder roller 5. When the cover 16 is closed, the frictional pad 6 is automatically pressed to the feeder roller 5 due to the operation of an elastic member 15. The process of jamming of paper sheets can be achieved without detaching a feeder cassette 1.</p> |
