<p>The invention refers to a ring scalpel (1) designed particularly to be placed on the first phalanx of one of the fingers of a person operating in a narrow operative field. Said scalpel ring (1) consists of a sleeve (2) supporting a cutting instrument (3) characterized in that the cutting instrument (3) is a blade (6) having two edges (4, 5) designed for cutting in both directions and arranged to be on the pad (7) side of the finger (8) and perpendicular to the plane thereof, with said pad (7) acting as a probe for feeling ahead before cutting. The scalpel (1) is perpendicular to the surface of the sleeve (2). The ring scalpel (1) is designed for use when operating in human body cavities and canals.</p> |
