PURPOSE:To add a separating mechanism based on the mutual action of pielectrons to the separating mechanism of a carrier itself by bonding porphyrin metal complexes to the carrier of glass beads, silica gel or the like, and obtaining a filler. CONSTITUTION:Porphyrin metal complexes are bonded to a porous carrier wherein the particle size of glass beads, silica gel or the like is arranged, and a filler for high-speed liquid chromatography is obtained. In the porphyrin, porphyrin compound and azaporphyrin compound are contained, and tetraphyenylporphyrin, phthalocyanine and the like are listed. The metal for forming the complex is selected among metals containing copper, cobalt, iron, nickel and manganese. Acid-amide bonding and ester bonding are suitable for obtaining the suitable bonded material. The carrier wherein a bonding residue is introduced and the porphyrin metal complexes are used. In this way, the compounds having pi electrons can be efficiently separated with the excellent separating coefficient, peak symmetry and number of theoretical steps. |
