<p>PURPOSE:To easily perform fixing and releasing a point end of a rewound material by providing a cam in a rewinding roller. CONSTITUTION:When a rewound material is conveyed to come into a slit opening, a cam 10c is rotated to interpose the rewound material by the first arm brought into contact with an internal diameter part in a range of predetermined angle, and a point end part of the rewound material is fixed to a rewinding roller 10. A cam rotational device is left as continued to rotate, but when the first arm is brought into contact, also cylindrical units (10a, 10b) are rotated at a rotational speed a little slower than the cam to rewind the rewound material to an external surface of the cylindrical unit. The cam rotational device tends to rotate faster than a cylindrical unit rotational device, but the device is slipped when torque is increased to a predetermined value or more, so that the cam rotational device is rotated at a rotational speed equal to the cylindrical unit rotational device while bringing the first arm into contact. Next, the rewound material on the cylindrical unit is wound back at winding back time, and when the cam is rotated a little in a winding back direction when rotation of the cylindrical unit is finally stopped, the first arm is separated from the internal diameter part of the predetermined angle range with which the first arm is brought into contact.</p> |
