<p>PURPOSE:To remarkably reduce the installation cost and the product cost by performing coating of an adhesive, scattering of a filling material and removal of excess filling material on the upper face of a fed thermoplastic sheet. CONSTITUTION:A thermoplastic sheet S is properly heated and softened by means of a preheating device 1 consisting of a preheating roll and is fed to the next filling mechanism 2, where the surface of the sheet S is coated with an adhesive 31 by means of an adhesive-coating device 3 and a filling material 4b is scattered and adhered on the coated face by means of a scattering device 4. At this time, excess filling material 4b is scraped, sucked and removed by means of a removing device 5 consisting of a brush roll 5a and a suction discharge duct 5b and amt. of filling on the surface of the sheet S there is approximately made uniform. Then, it is heated by means of a heating device 7 and is sent into a molding device 9 to mold a containing part 11 of a cushioning product provided with a filling face and consisting of a required number of recessed parts. Then, it is sent out of a molding mechanism 6 and is punched as a single packaging material by means of a punching mechanism 10.</p> |
