PURPOSE:To suppress a surge simply and easily and to improve the operation stability of a circuit by using for a power transmission line a conductor cable made of a functionally graded material of which the resistance value is increased from the central part toward the surface part. CONSTITUTION:A conductor cable 1 used for a surge suppression type power transmission line is made of a functionally graded material of which the resistance value is increased from the central part toward the surface part, and the cable 1 itself is made to have a surge suppressing function. Therefore the conductor cable 1 is a line having a larger impedance for a high-frequency component, and thereby a surge flowing through the surface of the conductor cable 1 as the power transmission line is suppressed and absorbed by a skin effect. Accordingly, the surge generated in the conductor cable 1 itself can be suppressed and absorbed. |
