摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain stable seal operation under an eccentric operational condition of a rotator and under a relatively small friction resistance condition by forming a contact sliding seal part in a ring-shaped base part and a driven protrusive part with a protruding amount smaller than a normal condition protrusive amount of the contact sliding seal part. CONSTITUTION:A shaft mounting opening surface 10 is formed by extending a contact sliding seal part 2 to an internal diameter side of a ring-shaped base part 1, and an auxiliary seal part 3, formed on an external diameter side, can be stored and set to a seal material setting part 17. A relatively hard guide material 6, having a guide part 5, is provided along a radial direction of the seal part to fit an engaging piece 19 of a closing member 9. Further, a driven protrusion part 8 is formed in a base end side of the contact sliding seal part 2 with a protruding amount smaller than the normal condition protruding amount. In this way, excessive friction resistance is not given between a surface of an eccentric rotator 12 and the protrusion part 8, and further a sure seal condition is maintained between the contact sliding seal part 2 and the surface of the rotator 12.
