PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a red dye donor element consisting of a mixture a magenta dye for color proof to match with a red pigment printing ink and two kinds of yellow dies. SOLUTION: In the red dye donor element for heat sensitive dye transfer, which comprises a substrate bearing a dye layer containing the mixture of the magenta dye dispersed in a high polymerized binder and two kinds of yellow dies, the magenta dye is shown by formula A, the first yellow dye is shown by formula B and the second yellows dye is shown by formula C. |
