PURPOSE:To reduce the intermittent movement quantity of a nozzle head main body and to prevent a positional slippage during transfer with the maximum acceleration of a sucked electronic part being reduced, by providing plural nozzle holders freely movably vertically on a concentric circle to the rotation center of a housing. CONSTITUTION:A housing 126 is provided freely rotatably on a nozzle head main body 11, plural nozzle holders 18 are arranged on a concentric circle to the rotation center of this housing 16 and also provided freely movable vertically respectively. A suction nozzles 23 capable of the suction and release of an electronic part P are provided at the respective ends of those nozzle holders 18. Accordingly, it is miniaturized and light-weighted with the nozzle holder 18 only being stored in the housing 16, the maximum acceleration can be reduced with the nozzle head main body 11 being able to be driven at high speed quickly and there is no positional slippage of the electronic part P during its transfer. In the suction and installation of the electronic part P, the vertical movement of the electronic part P only will do with the driving of the housing 16 with its rotation and no vibration noise is generated even in case of performing a high speed driving. |
