The spring contact pin has a head with two or more parts to contact the circuit board or chip etc. The parts enclose between them a space whose bottom is radial. Open spaces (17) in the head (15) separate adjacent parts (70) and form gaps (29) in an undercut (27) in the head, whereby the undercutting has the structure of at least one rection of the a geometric surface rotationally symmetric on the long axis of the head. The undercutting begins at a distance from the free ends (30) of the parts. The spaces between the parts interrupt the undercutting and extend as far as the edges of the undercutting facing away from the free ends of the parts. |
