PURPOSE:To obtain an extruder which is extremely high in kneading capacity of two kinds of material and excellent in self-cleaning properties and easy in handling and capable of uniform kneading by forming a compression part having groove width or/and groove depth reduced in the transfer direction of material to one part of a screw and providing a plurality of recessed grooves whose length in the axial direction is made long at the degree so as to stride over the screw thread of the screw on the inner face of a cylinder. CONSTITUTION:Resin material is supplied into a cylinder 6 from a feed port 8 and pressurized by rotation of a screw 1. Then the resin material is passed through the intermediate compression part 2 and then passed through a weighing compression part 3 in the tip of a screw and extruded from the die of a forming mold. In the compression parts 2, 3, when the recessed grooves 11 formed to the cylinders 6, 7 stride over the screw threads 4, a leaked flow is caused toward the front part through the recessed grooves 11. In the case of closing an inlet or an outlet in one side of the recessed grooves 11 by the screw threads 4, otherwise when the recessed grooves 11 are present in the screw groove 5, the said flow is not caused. The leaked flow in the recessed grooves 11 is discontinuously caused. The flow of resin in the screws 6, 7 repeats splitting and confluence and uniformed kneading is performed. Accordingly kneading of dissimilar plastic is easily performed. |
