PURPOSE:To upgrade forming function and add functions of different kinds such as quality control and the like by transiting a molded product fed from the molding process to a forming mold and simultaneously receiving a formed product after molding from the forming mold and providing a transition means for determining whether the product is good or not and then discharging the same. CONSTITUTION:A center axis of a transition means 7 consisting of a molded product 22 placed on a core section 25 is moved together with the center axes of forming molds 4 and 8 to similar vertical positions to transfer the molded product 22 to the forming mold 8 and a formed product 23 is received by a cavity section 24 formed from the forming mold 4 to the transition means 7. Then, when said formed product is moved together with the center axis of a feeding means 10 and the center axis of a fractionating means 38 to a same vertical position, the formed product 23 is determined to be good or not in the cavity section 24 and the molded product 22 is fed to a core section 25 of the transition means 7 and simultaneously the formed product 23 is discharged from the cavity section 24 to the selection means 38. When the fed formed product 22 is transited to the forming mold 8 again, removing defective goods based on the judgement of whether the goods are not or not and counting and laminating good products are carried out simultaneously by the selection means 38. |
