FLOW VELOCITY SENSOR PROBE

摘要

PURPOSE:To improve the sensitivity of flow velocity measurement by arranging a heat conduction discharging means consisting of a resin layer having waterproof and electric insulation and a metal in the vicinity of a heating means. CONSTITUTION:A thermistor 2 self-heated by current supply is dipped with water resisting epoxy resin 34 and stuck to a metal chip 35. Gold (Au) having high heat conductivity is used as the metal chip 35 and boron nitride (BN) is mixed into the resin 34 in order to improve the heat conductivity. The thermistor 2 stuck to the chip 35 is potted by means of a fixing epoxy bonding agent 36 so as to be fixed to the side hole 29 of a catheter tube 1 and also potted by means of an epoxy bonding agent 33 having high adhesiveness with the tube 1 in order to hold waterproof in a gap between the side hole 29 and the chip 35. A thermistor lead wire 32 is electrically connected to the connector of a thermistor connecting line through the inside of the tube 1.
