PURPOSE:To automatically discharge originals at the time of a clear or interruption by discharging the original on contact glass to the outside upon detection that there are no more originals on an original platen and in a standby position. CONSTITUTION:The uppermost original on the original platen 14 is taken in by a roller 18 which swings vertically. Primary paper feeding to a resist roller pair 22 is executed by feed rollers 20. A copying machine is thus ready to copying. The roller 22 rotate to transport the original to the normal position on contact glass 24 when a timing signal comes from the copying machine 12. Then, an original detecting means detects the original platen 14 and the standby position and interrupts a driving source when there is an interruption signal during continuous original processing. A driving source is operated to discharge the original on the contact glass 24 to the outside when there are no more originals. A series of these operations including primary paper feeding, secondary paper feeding, copying, and paper discharging are operated by an operation panel. The original is automatically discharged even if a clear button or interruption button operates. |
