CONSTITUTION:In a clocking signal generating circuit 6 in an IC card, a pulse signal is outputted at every unit time, and in a pulse rate calculating circuit 2, a pulse rate per unit time, for instance, per one minute is calculated, based on the number of pulses outputted from the clocking signal generating circuit 6 and a pulse rate outputted from a pulse detecting sensor 1 during that time. Also, in a pulse rate distribution recording part 3, based on the number of pulses outputted from the clocking signal generating circuit 6, pulse rate data outputted from the pulse rate calculating circuit 2 at ever unit time, for instance, per one minute is recorded for a prescribed period, for instance, extending over 24 hours. Moreover, in a momentum deciding circuit 4, based on the number of pulses and a pulse rate distribution at ever unit time, whether the momentum in a prescribed period in the past is suitable or not is decided, and a result of decision is displayed by a display part 5 consisting of a liquid crystal indicator, etc.</p> |
