PURPOSE:To reduce welding distortion by welding a disk and an annular stock, then, spinning the annular stock in the manufacture of a two-piece aluminum wheel. CONSTITUTION:In the manufacture of the two-piece aluminum wheel, an annular stock 30 of aluminum is welded and joined to the rim drop part 22 of an aluminum disk 10 whose outer peripheral part 11 is formed in the shape of a rim flange 21. Then, this annular stock 30 is spun to form the shape of the rim 20 successive to the rim drop part 22 of the disk 10. Thus, it is possible to manufacture the two-piece aluminum wheel having a disk 10 with the rim flange 21 free from the effect of welding distortion or very hard to receive it. |
