Both works of the adjustment work and measurement work of the part to be adjusted of the volume adjustment, etc., of the printed board 5 which is the body to be adjusted are thus performed simultaneously and the part to be adjusted can be adjusted according to this adjustment degree, while performing the measurement of the adjusting state of the part to be adjusted.
