APPARATUS FOR DRESSING OF ORE MATERIALS

This device can be used in the mining and chemical industry, construction, agriculture, etc. It increases productivity. The apparatus consists of a framework with mounted fans for high pressure with acceleration pipes placed oppositely in the upper part of the framework and in its face sides. In the centre of the upper part of the framework is a crushing chamber in the faces of which the acceleration pipes are mounted. Above the crushing chamber is a confessor and a dust fan which are connected by an aspiration system. An extinguisher is attached to the upper part of the framework. A confessor with a distribution grate is mounted to the bottom part of the crushing chamber. A vertical pipe with dampers is mounted under the confessor and to the framework and inside the pipe - a vibration grinder with protective plates and a sieve. Under the vertical pipe, unloading pipe unions are located and an additional acceleration pipe with a high pressure fan; that pipe is connected to a pipeline for returning the coarse fraction; the pipeline is connected to one of the feeding bunkers.
