PURPOSE:To perform sewing together a base part and a bag part simply, quickly, and precisely, by sewing the cut parts of a partition part at different position in the up and down direction, after sewing together the base part and the bag part in the condition in which a plurality of gas injecting ports are communicated. CONSTITUTION:A bag part 13 is formed into a bag shape out of up and down main panels 15 and right and left side panels 16, and the peripheral edge part of a base part 12 is sewed to the peripheral edge part of an opening part 17 side. The base part 12 is formed by joining a plurality of sheets of cloth 12a - 12c, and these 12a - 12c are joined by sewing. The cloth of the base part 12 and the bag part 13 are made of laminated synthetic resin sheets to improve strength and airtightness. Further, cut parts 21, 22 are formed in partition parts 19 formed between a plurality of gas injection ports 14 in the base part 12, and these cut parts 21, 22 are formed at different positions in the up and down direction on a plurality of sheets of cloth 12a - 12c. |
