<p>PURPOSE:To store a common section data and a similar section data to the same part or the similar part of the centralized monitor screen and to message the screen by dividing data to display one screen of the centralized monitor screen into two data, screen constitution data and section data and adopting the hierarchical structure. CONSTITUTION:A screen constitution storage means 5 stores a screen constitution data AA corresponding to a centralized monitor screen A and a screen constitution data BB corresponding to a centralized monitor screen B. Section data aa-1, bb-1 are similar section data, section data aa-2, bb-2 are also similar section data, and a section data aa-3 is a common section data. In the case of displaying the centralized monitor screen A, a screen management means 7 acquires the screen constitution data AA from a screen constitution data storage means 5 and acquires the section data aa-1 from a section data storage means 6 and the data is outputted to a display function storage means 3.
