PURPOSE:To almost fix the thickness of a seal part and to improve seal performance by providing a seal device to apply seal liquid to a coupling part between the body and cap of a capsule while rotating the capsule on the axis of the capsule itself. CONSTITUTION:A capsule arranging device 20 is arranged in the upper direction of a starting end part for the linear moving area of each slat 31 in a capsule conveying device 30. A seal device 40 is arranged in a downstream side in the moving direction of the slat 31 in a position, where a capsule moving member 35 is arranged, and applies the seal liquid to the coupling part between the body and cap of each capsule to be conveyed. In a seal liquid tank 41, the prescribed quantity of the seal liquid is held on the respective outer circumferential surfaces of each applying roller 42a and each finishing roller 43a in an applying roller part 42 and a finishing roller part 43 and scrapers 42b and 43b are arranged to scrape-off the seal liquid sticked on a side surface. Then, while rotating a capsule 90 on the axis of the capsule itself, the seal device is abutted to the coupling part of each capsule 90 and applies the prescribed quantity of the seal liquid at prescribed thickness to the said coupling part. |
