<p>PURPOSE:To precisely control the thickness of a resin layer by thermally expanding a resin solution impregnated base material at the time of lamination of after lamination and excluding a part of an excessive resin in this state and subsequently curing said base material under a substantially pressure-free condition. CONSTITUTION:A base material is impregnated and/or coated with a thermosetting resin liquid itself at room temp. to prepare a resin solution impregnated base material excessively impregnated with said resin and, when or after a required number of the resin solution impregnated base materials are laminated, said base materials are thermally expanded and a part of the excessive resin is excluded in this state and, subsequently, the base materials are cured under a substantially pressure-free condition to regulate the thickness between the base material layers after curing to 1-40mum. As the base material, linter or craft paper based on a cellulose fiber, paper made of mixed pulp or glass cloth can be adapted. As the resin, a resin requiring no drying process and capable of becoming a cured component by itself is used and a liquid unsaturated polyester resin or an epoxy resin is especially pref. but a thermosetting resin such as a diallyl phthalate resin or a vinyl ester resin is also pref.</p> |
