<p>PURPOSE:To avoid damage to a pattern sheet in processing a shaft into a product by forming the pattern sheet through adhesive layers on the tapered tubular intermediate body to coat the surface of the body with the transparent layer formed of thermoplastic polymer. CONSTITUTION:On a thermally hardened shaft intermediate body S provided with a dust prevention layer 2 and a rigidity maintaining layer 3, a pattern sheet is wound through an adhesive layer. As the adhesive layer, such materials as acrylic, urethane, NBR and epoxy and vinyl chloride can simply be used because in the intermediate body epoxy resin is used as the base resin. In this way, after winding a pattern sheet attached with various patterns such as color patterns through adhesive layer with adhesiveness on the surface of the tapered tubular intermediate body S, a cylindrical film 6 made of transparent thermoplastic polymer shrinkable with heat and steam is coated. Then the tapered tubular intermediate body S, the pattern sheet 5 and the cylindrical film are integrated by shrinking the film.</p> |
