<p>PURPOSE:To stabilize a transfer paper so as to unnecessitate either a conveying fan or a metallic attracting plate by forming the guide face of a guide member in the upward recessed arcuate shape in the right-angled direction to the conveying direction of the transfer paper. CONSTITUTION:The transfer paper carrier face of a carrier guide 14 is formed in such a way that its central part 14b is more arcuately recessed than both end parts 14a on the right-angled direction side to the conveying direction of a transfer paper 18, i.e., on the cross direction of the transfer paper 18. The transfer paper 10 separated from a sensitized drum 1 after being transcribed is thereby sent into a fixing unit 15 along the guide faces 14a, 14b, but is forced to have such curvature as the shape of the carrier guide 14, so that the transfer paper can be stabilized and is therefore prevented from being separated from the carrier guide 14 before being conveyed into the fixing unit 15.</p> |
