PURPOSE:To execute an information transfer with which both a demanding person and an information offering person can be satisfied by providing an information processing control means which is connected by a communication circuit to information sending/receiving means respectively and executes a transfer of detailed information of a transaction medium and a storage processing. CONSTITUTION:When specific information of a transaction medium selected by a vision information transfer medium 2 is sent to an information processing control means 1 from a first information sending/receiving means 3, this information processing control means 1 calls detailed information of the transaction medium corresponding to the specific information from a storage means 8 and transfers it to a first information sending/receiving means 3. On the other hand, from a second information sending/receiving means 4, the specific information and the detailed information of the transaction medium are sent to the information processing control means 1 at any time. Subsequently, the information processing control means 1 sends the detailed information corresponding to the specific information to the storage means 8 and stored it in the area concerned of the storage means 8. In such a way, an information transfer related to the transaction medium is executed by using information of a composite form in a state that both a demanding person and an information offering person can be satisfied therewith. |
