PURPOSE:To increase efficiency of bonding of DNA sequence to transfer factor by synthesizing DNA molecule containing -195--204 sequence of IL-2(interleukin-2) gene and -115--164 sequence of IL-2. CONSTITUTION:A composition inhibiting replication of HIV-1 and HTLV-1 virus is prepared by adding DNA molecule having a substance comprising constituent part composed of -195--204 sequence of IL-2 gene and/or -115--164 sequence of IL-2 gene and/or IL-2 receptor alpha (IL-2R alpha) gene and containing -62--71 sequence of IL-2R alpha gene, a derivative or a variant of the substance, RNA molecule or a derivative or a variant thereof. |
