PURPOSE:To prevent variations in vehicle height from overshooting, in a fluid pressure suspension device, by forming an attitude control fluid passage and a vehicle height adjusting fluid passage having a flow rate per unit time which is less than that of the former passage, in a fluid feed and discharge device so that the flow passages are changed over for every control cycle. CONSTITUTION:A valve passage 32 and a valve passage 33 having a diameter less than the diameter of a valve hole 37 are formed in an air feed solenoid valve disposed between an air spring chamber and a reservoir tank. The valve passage 32 is connected at one end to a main air spring chamber and at the other end to a reservoir tank. The valve passage 32 including the valve hole 37 is used for the attitude control so as to feed compressed air at a high flow rate per unit time therethrough. Meanwhile the valve passage 33 is used during vehicle height control so as to feed compressed air at a low flow rate per unit time therethrough. Further, valve holes 37, 42 are opened and closed independently by means of plungers 34, 39. With this arrangement during vehicle height control, it is possible to prevent variations in vehicle height from overshooting. |
