<p>PURPOSE:To sharply reduce manhour by allowing the EDP side to automatically form effective date calculation, effective date end changing data for old specification and new registered data for new specification only by forming an effective date change instructing data. CONSTITUTION:The control operation of a CPU 10 on the host computer side reads out an extended transaction 44 for instructing effective switching and repeats the operation up to the end of inputs. The inputted date t4 is set up as a calendar file reading key to read out a calendar file 41. Whether the calendar is normally read out or not is decided, and in the case of normal reading, the operation goes to the succeeding step to clear a work area memory and set up a development key t1. Reverse development is executed by using the key set up in the preceding step as a master and the reverse development information is returned. The returned development status is decided, and after ending all the reverse development, the operation goes to the succeeding step. In the step, whether an article is for the final product or not is decided.</p> |
