The exercising apparatus mounted at arrowrest (51) of archery bow (50), comprises: arrow (53) mounted an a safety device; cylinder (54) for passing the arrow; the arrow contacting with lead switch (SW1, SW2) mounted at front and rear portions of the cylinder; controlling device (60) for counting exercising time by digitron (16). The archer perceives aiming state and hitting state according to the supplied light radiated from infrared diode (57) of target (56) through lens (66) of sensor (55).
