<p>PURPOSE:To prevent a storage medium from being separated and damaged in moving by providing a switching means to turn on a power source circuit only when the storage medium is loaded on a motor for loading a transportation mechanism. CONSTITUTION:A control part 15 moves the transportation mechanism 1 by an instruction from a host machine. A moving part 2 is directed to a line where an objective storage medium 10 is housed by operating a motor 24 for rotating the moving part 2. At this time, since it is not a loading time, the switching means 2A equipped on the motor 13 for loading is still set at a state to turn off the power source circuit. A rail 21 is moved by driving a motor 23 for moving a rail. The moving part 2 is ascended/descended to the position of an objective housing rack by driving a motor 22 for upward/downward movement via a wire 26. When the moving part 2 is positioned at the front of the storage medium 10, the power source circuit is turned on by the switching means 2A, and the motor 13 for loading is operated, and a hand part 25 is operated, then, the storage medium 10 can be taken out from a housing box 11. The switch 2A is turned off again, and the motor 13 is stopped.</p> |
