PURPOSE:To prevent misoperation by equipping a small electrical equipment with a means restricting its action start timing and with a means detecting the restriction to be released and performing a display to positively call attention of a user to the equipment prior to its use. CONSTITUTION:Even when a purchaser intends to start using an electric razor, a main switch 5 is restricted in its transfer by a pawl-shaped member 42 disabling the purchaser from use as the electric razor. In accordance with a notice described in a holding part 52 of the pawl-shaped member 42, when it is drawn out, a switch knob 43 is released from its transfer restriction, so that a spring unit 49 urges a display plate 50 appearing outside a main unit case 2 and closing a stopper groove 41 while advancing the switch knob 43 to a predetermined off-position. Simultaneously, a switch contact 54, constituting an operation restriction condition detecting circuit, is closed feeding a signal to a display part performing a display promoting a charge for a battery charger. In this way, misoperation and misjudgement can be decreased as little as possible. |
