摘要 The invention relates to an arrangement for rotating the polarisation plane of a linearly polarised microwave through 180@, in which, for example, a T-shaped or Y-shaped aperture is arranged between two rectangular waveguides arranged mutually coaxially and turned through 90@ with respect to each other. The dimensions of the rectangular waveguides are chosen such that in both only the H10 fundamental wave mode of the microwave can propagate in each case. The polarisations of the two waves are rotated because the waveguides are likewise turned through 90@ with respect to each other. The aperture is made and fitted with PIN diodes in such a way that, from the polarisation in the incoming waveguide, a polarisation is produced in the outgoing waveguide which is perpendicular to the former. By the positioning and connecting-through according to the invention of the PIN diodes, of which there are at least two, the phase of the polarisation in the outgoing waveguide can be rotated through 180@.
