PURPOSE:To secure the stable control free from the generation of variation of tension by calculating the acceleration portion torque from the signals of an unwinder diameter calculator and an acceleration/deceleration speed setting device and calculating the tension portion torque from the signal of a tension setting device and adjusting the acceleration/deceleration according to the difference. CONSTITUTION:Each signal of the speed detectors 1 and 2 for an unwinder 1 and a winder 3 is inputted into an unwinder diameter calculator 17, and the diameter of the unwinder 1 is obtained. Further the acceleration portion torque of the unwinder 1 is calculated from an acceleration time setting device 18 and the diameter by a calculator 19, and the tension portion torque which is obtained from the result of the calculation and the set value by a tension setting device 8 by using a calculator 20 is compared by a comparator 21. Before introduced into an intermittent region, a signal is sent into an acceleration time adjuster 22, and the acceleration time is made, for instance, longer. Therefore, the acceleration capacity portion torque is reduced, and acceleration is carried out without being introduced into the intermittent region, and the tension variation is eliminated. |
