PURPOSE:To always and surely add a control key to a tracking object without receiving the influence of a writer of information at all by adding previously an inherent identification symbol to a slip at every slip. CONSTITUTION:When a project progress hindering factor is detected, the detector of the factor records the used (printed once on a slip) control key and always prints an unused control key to a slip. A control key printing/registering device 91 writes the contents onto a project progress hindering factor control slip 10 to which the control key is already added. Under such conditions, a control key is automatically added to the project progress hindering factor. In such a manner, the duplication of control keys which identify the tracking events and other defects are never produced even if the slips are filled up in a simultaneous, parallel and dispersed way. Thus the control key is always added to an event and used in a normal way. |
