<p>PURPOSE:To drastically reduce the man/hour of a tracing work in a quality control aspect by preparing an interlot relation storing file according to a product progressing the manufacturing process, watching an optional lot and forming a structure of retrieving all of lots before and after related to the lot. CONSTITUTION:At the time when a changed lot structure is changed again at the post-stage, an interlot relation storing file 1 making an optional lot number and the rear lot number related to the optional lot as a 2nd information item, an interlot relation storing file preparing part 2 preparing it according to a product progressing the manufacturing process and a lot retrieving part 3 retrieving all of the lots before and after related to the lot by watching an optical lot are equipped with. The rear lot on which the optional lot is effecting can be known by adding the rear lot number table related in addition to the front lot number table related into the interlot relation storing file 1.</p> |
