<p>PURPOSE:To continuously form the inserting part of a communication cable by installing between flanges of a valve and a branch part of a piping a spacer as a packing having a hole introducing the communication cable laid in a piping to the outside of the piping. CONSTITUTION:A protecting pipe 4 inserting a communication cable 2 is laid on the inner surface of a piping 1 with being buried in a liner material 3. A spacer 10 serving also as a packing is installed between the flange of a gate valve A and the flange 5 of the piping 1 followed by fastening to connect the pipings 1 to each other watertightly. The spacer 10 has a hole introducing the communication cable 2 to the outside of the piping 1, and a by-pass pipe 16 is screwed into a screw part provided in the end part of the hole, whereby a by-pass route of the communication cable 2 is formed. Consequently, the pipings themselves can be connected to each other through the valve and the like, and also the inserting part of the communication cable can be continuously formed.</p> |
