PURPOSE:To reduce the vibration noise of an apparatus by connecting each coil so as to provide the first number of poles for each phase, by arranging magnet members so as to provide the second number of poles as a whole and by specifying the difference between the first and second numbers of poles. CONSTITUTION:The difference between the first and second numbers of poles is set at 2Xn. Therefore, when an apparatus is transformed into, e.g., an elliptical form to have two engaging points the difference numbers four. At two engaging parts on the major axis out of the four differences, a magnetic field from a coil 14 strengthens the magnetic field of a magnet member 21 to attract a flex spline 13 strongly radially outward, while the magnetic field from the coil 14 weakens the magnetic field of the magnet member 21 at two separating parts on the minor axis so as to help the flex spline 13 to end radially inward. Thus, engagement can be smoothed and the vibration noise of a motor 10 can be reduced. |
