<p>PURPOSE:To efficiently manufacture a laminated type magnetic core in a short period of time at low cost without using a thin film manufacturing device by a method wherein, after a film of Fe-Si-Al powder has been formed as a base film, the film on the base film is laminated and a hot-extrudion molding is conducted. CONSTITUTION:After the surface of an SiO2-added PET(polyethylene phthalate) film has been coated with Fe-Si-Al powder, this thin film is exfoliated from the PET film, and it is rolled up in spiral form. At this time, an adhered SiO2 is transferred to the PET film on one side of the Fe-Si-Al film. After binder component has been removed in an inert atmosphere under the above-mentioned state, it is deaerated and sealed in an SUS container, then it is hot-extruded by induction heating in the air, and a laminated core which is insulated by SiO2 is formed.</p> |
