PROCESS FOR PREPARING ACYL UREIDO PENICILLIN DERIVATIVES

摘要

Acylureido penicillin derivs. of formula (I) are prepd. by reacting akylenediisocyanate of formula OCN-(CH2)n-NCO with thiol of formula (II) in an inert solvent to obtain thioester of formula (III), and reacting (III) with 6-substd.-amino penicillane acid of formula (IV) in a polar solvent. (I) are useful as antibiotic agents.
