摘要

PURPOSE: To improve grinding performance of a grinding wheel by constituting abrasive gain by a polycrystalline sintered alumina abrasive material and other kinds of abrasive materials and containing frit 40 wt.% in vitrified bonding agent. CONSTITUTION: Abrasive grain in a grinding wheel made by containing abrasive grain and vitrified bonding agent therefor is made of polycrystalline sintered alumina abrasive material 10 to 100 wt.% and other kinds of grinding materials 0 to 90 wt.%. Further, this vitrified bonding agent contains frit of at least 40 wt.% and maintains the grinding characteristic of a wet grinding wheel to a high degree.
