A novel polymer and treatment scenario which considerably improves detackification of paint overspray consisting of high solids enamel, epoxy resin, or polyurethanes in the wash water or paint spray booths is disclosed comprised of: (i) a hydrophilic-lipophilic copolymer in combination with a modified tannin and/or (ii) a diallyldimethylammonium chloride polymer in combination with a modified tannin. |
