A liq. chromatograph to take samples, comprising a sepg. system (11) to separate components of a liq. sample from one another, a detector (13) to determine the components extracted from the sepg. system and a supply device (17, 18, 19) to feed the extracted components into the corresp. containers (20, 21, 22), whereby the ratio of a number of measurements based on a number of wavelengths, obtd. from the detector in connection with the max. of extracted components is checked and that the ratio remains constant for a specified duration of time.
