PURPOSE: To prevent oil from dropping down from the nozzle of an oil burner, by arranging a circulating valve which opens when the pressure between the stop valve of a pump and the shut-off valve of a nozzle becomes higher than the pressure on the pressure side of the pump in parallel with the stop valve. CONSTITUTION: The stop valve 14 of a pump 12 provided between a pressure regulator 19 and the outlet of a pump unit 10 works to stop the flow of oil when the operation of the pump 12 is stopped. One branch line diverged from the outlet line of the pump unit 10 is communicated with the pressure side 32 of the pump 12 so that the oil may return to the pressure side 32. In the branch line, a circulating valve 22 is provided and the valve 22 opens when the pressure in the line between the stop valve 14 and the shut-off valve 26 of a nozzle become higher than the pressure on the pressure side 32 of the pump 12. When the oil in the line between the valves 14 and 26 swells, the oil is returned to the pressure side 32 of the pump 12 through the circulating valve 22. |
