PURPOSE:To recognize at which area each person of a group resides centralizingly by providing a radio selective call receiver provided with a magnetic card and an going/coming registration device installed to the entrance and exit of plural partitioned areas. CONSTITUTION:A receiver 1 whose magnetic memory 11 stores a flight number and its seat number is given to a boarding passenger and a boarding passenger loads the magnetic card of the receiver 1 to a card insertion port of the outgoing/coming registration device 2 when the passenger enters a waiting room or goes out of the room of any of floors A-C. As a result, the information representing a boarding waiting passenger with which flight number and which seat number enters of goes out of which waiting room is sent to a computer 3 via the outgoing/coming registration device 2. The computer 3 generates a table representing a boarding waiting passenger with which seat number resides in a waiting room of which floor for each flight number and stores it with revision. Since which area each of a passenger group resides can be known in this way, a trouble of seeking a passenger not gathering yet regardless of the arrival of the gathering time is reduced. |
