<p>PURPOSE:To execute good contour hardening to a gear by carrying the gear from a preliminary chamber filling up non-oxidizing gas to a heat treatment chamber, regular-heating after pre-heating, cooling and automatically and continuously executing the process for carrying out the gear from the heat treatment chamber. CONSTITUTION:A work W1 as the gear is carried in the preliminary chamber 10 filling up the non-oxidizing or reducing gas. Successively, the work W1 is carried in the heat treatment chamber 20 filling up this gas. The work W1 is regularly heated after pre-heating in the heat treatment chamber 20. The work W1 regularly heated is cooled and also carried out from the heat treatment chamber 20. These processes are continuously executed. By this method, good contour hardening to the gear can be execudted.</p> |
