PURPOSE: To simply supply reels for producing a blank to arrange the same to an operation position by arranging a plurality of the reels at an equal interval along the axial direction of a support frame and successively attaching them to a support journal from the leading reel. CONSTITUTION: Housing grooves 21 are provided to the base plate of a support frame 19 so as to extend along an axial direction and the cylindrical reels 12, 13... are placed on the support frame 19 so that the peripheral parts thereof are fitted in the housing grooves 21. A support journal 16 can be moved up and down and are provided so as to extend in concentric relation to the reels 12, 13... at a lower side position. Therefore, the leading reels 12, 13... are pushed into the support journal 16 by the advance of the support frame 19. Therefore, the support journal 16 moves to upper operation position along with the operation reels 12, 13... and a material web 10 is drawn out of the operation reels at this position and processed to be formed into blanks 11.
