PURPOSE:To give a change to the color and flickering speed of a star without using a great quantity of memories by providing a star pattern selecting part to select a star pattern from a storing part, a color selecting part to select the color of the star and a displaying picture moving part to move the displaying picture position in the star picture. CONSTITUTION:A storing part 10 stores a star pattern having the information of the position of a picture displayed star and the color of the star, a star pattern selecting part 11 selects the star pattern stored into the storing part 10 and a star selecting part 12 selects the color to picture-display the star in the star pattern selected by the star pattern selecting part 11. A displaying picture moving part 14 moves the displaying picture range in the star picture generated by the obtained star pattern and the star looks like moving on the displaying picture. Consequently, the information stored in the storing part may be only the information of the star pattern, the color of the picture displayed star can be changed and by changing the selection speed of the color selecting part, the flickering speed of the star can be changed. |
