PURPOSE:To improve warmth-keeping characteristic and prevent radio interference by disposing a coil under a pan to constitute an induction heating type utilizing an inverter, displaying the warmth-keeping process at the time of keeping warmth, and turning on an off the warmth-keeping heater and the inverter by turns. CONSTITUTION:When a cooking process is finished and a warmth-keeping process begins, a light emitting diode of a warmth-keeping process display means 10 is lit, and an input power smaller than that for the cooking is set with an input power setting means 11. When the temperature of a pan 1 is higher than the warmth-keeping temperature, a control means 12 gives an off signal to both a warmth-keeping heater driving means 6 and an inverter driving means 9 based on the output signals from a warmth-keeping judgement means 3 and a timer counter 4. When the temperature of the pan 1 is lower than the warmth-keeping temperature, turning on and off of the means 9 and the means 6 are repeated by turns at time intervals set with the counter 4. This arrangement makes it possible to optimally set the warmth-keeping characteristics of the upper and lower parts of the pan and to prevent radio interference. |
