PURPOSE:To easily find a fault, by applying input above a full scale on the positive side of an A/D converting section, and input above a full scale on the negative side, and by confirming a digital quantity of a corresponding output. CONSTITUTION:Each input is sample-held by sample holds 4a-4n, and is A/D- converted by an A/D converting section 2 via a multiplexer 5, and is read into a CPU3. To the A/D converting section 2, the input of voltage V+ corresponding with that of a full scale on the positive side of the A/D converting section 2 and the input of voltage V- corresponding with that of the full scale on the negative side are provided, and when these converted digital values are not turned into normal values, then the states are discriminated as abnormal states. |
